| If your institution is interested in participating in the 2012 Annual Statement Studies submission drive, and has not done so before (or if it's been a few years since your institution last participated), you may review the materials from last year's submission drive below, and please contact our Annual Statement Studies department at studies@rmahq.org with your contact information. If your institution currently participates, but the contact person has changed, please let us know. - Bridge/electronic submission deadline: Friday, July 13th, 2012
Thanks to contributions from our members, RMA's Annual Statement Studies® has been the leading, most current source of reliable performance statistics for small and mid-size businesses for 90 years. The data, derived from the financial statements of financial institutions' borrowers and prospects, provides the only source of composite performance metrics available.
Statements submitted should reflect fical year end dates between April 1, 2011 and March 31, 2012.

These resources are designed to assist you in the submission of data for inclusion in RMA's 2012-2013 Annual Statement Studies. Bolded links are updated for the 2012-13 submission drive. Samples from last year's drive are in italics below - new information will be posted once available.
Submissions Handbooks
Manual Submission Handbook - for those institutions unable to submit via electronic submission, outlined above. We do encourage you, whenever possible, to submit via electronic methods. However, we will be able to accept manual submissions if you are not able to generate an electronic submission.
Can institutions contribute statements via e-mail?
Yes. In fact, in 2011 most institutions did submit in this fashion. Send a file containing your submissions to studies@rmahq.org. In the subject line, please include your bank name and bank ID number. Please be sure to include all transmittal information with your submission.
Please note: RMA does not permit encrypted .zip files to be received through its e-mail system.
